Purchaser will make payments to Jill Osborne as follows: Standard Arrangement: Upon receipt of contract, please forward half of total due. Balance to be paid seven days before engagement.

Instruments must be protected from the environment, such as sun, heat, moisture, and cold temperatures. Musicians will take a ten-minute break after 60 minutes of playing.

This contract, and the terms and conditions contained herein, may be enforced by the purchaser, and its agents, and by each musician who is a party to this contract.
